Sterling Silver 925 base, Fine Silver 999 wire, Cloisonne Enamel, 46 or 50cm silver neck chain (additional)

Description

Sunflower earrings and necklace set made from Sterling Silver and Cloisonne enamel. You can choose earrings or pendant separately or buy a whole set with neck chain.

The base underneath the enamel layer is engraved which shows deep and transparency of enamel. Earrings lever back ear wire is comfortable to wear, has a safe lock and also made from Sterling Silver. You can choose additionally 46cm or 50 cm silver snake neck chain with lobster claw closure.

Jewelry covered with hot transparent enamel. Enameling is an art of decoration metal surfaces to create colorful and amazing designs. It's a very old and laborious technique.

Process

The pattern is made on a silver basis with thin Fine Silver wires which form the cloisons. Enamel powder mixed with water and lay on the silver basis into the made cloisonné  cells. The item is put into the kiln, where the enamel melts at 800°C temperature.  3-4 layers are needed to achieve colour depth. Lastly, jewellery is polished until its surface gets a glossy brilliant look.

❗ Every design is hand crafted so if it needs to repeat one of them, each one will look a little different from the next because of the process. Each artworks i stamping with my personal jeweler mark.
