Description

"Butterfly wings" silver ring symbolizes transformation and growth. Wearing butterfly jewellery can serve as a gentle reminder to spread our wings, explore new horizons, and live life to the fullest! 

Ring made from Sterling Silver and inlaid with 3 mm Blue Sapphire. The base underneath the enamel layer is engraved which gives pieces even more loveliness and charm.

Process

Ring covered with hot transparent enamel. Enameling is an art of decoration metal surfaces to create colorful and amazing designs. It's a very old and laborious technique.

The pattern is made on a silver basis with thin silver wires which form the cloisons. Enamel powder mixed with water and lay on the silver basis into the made cloisonné  cells. The item is put into the kiln, where the enamel melts at 800°C temperature.  3-4 layers are needed to achieve colour depth. Lastly, jewellery is polished until its surface gets a glossy brilliant look.

❗ Every design is hand crafted so if it needs to repeat one of them, each one will look a little different from the next because of the process. Each artworks i stamping with my personal jeweler mark. Also a polishing cloth include as a gift!
